Their customer service is top notch. Annette in the flat rock location is very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris in the Macomb location is also very knowledgeable and helpful and really tries to work with you. I had several locations to check out but decided to buy with my first stop Sunny's Pools and more. Highly recommend!

Their whole staff is very knowledgeable and will guide you step by step to make sure you understand what chemicals do what and how much. My wife and I decided to buy a hot tub through Sunnys and Chris, our salesman made the process as easy as possible and made sure we got a great deal and we are very happy with our purchase! I’ll always come here for all my pool and spa needs!
