I am handicapped and need to use the electric cart. Only 2 in store one only goes backwards and the other one was pretty much dead so i couldn't finsh my shopping! Missing out on sales😡

Went in for some things to temporarily fix a leak coming from the side of our house until we have time for a more permanent fix. Austin gave us the best customer service we could have asked for, offering his own ideas based on personal experience and leading us straight to what we needed. Give Austin a raise!

I'm a pro member tell yesterday along with my client Grand Effects landscape out of scottville.. I am a licensed tile company in Mason county, doing a tile job the client and purched the tile at Lowe's . Got into the 4 box of tiles and all were different sizes.. opened 5,6,7,8,and nienth box same all different..what a joke . So owner whom is also has a pro account went too return tile, and was given a difficult time and store Would not give full refund For THERE BAD TILE..AS OF NOW GRAND EFFECTS LANDSCAPING AND MY SELF Joseph Paint and Tile has cancelled our accounts AND WELL NE DOING NO MORE BUSINESS AT YOUR STORE

Overall, this is a great store. As a local contractor, I’m here almost daily, and the team is always friendly and willing to help. I truly appreciate that.
A couple areas I think could improve:
• The store credit card push is very aggressive. It feels like every employee asks about it, questions why you don’t have one, and tries to get you to sign up. I understand it’s part of the job, but it can feel a bit excessive.
• Loading heavy materials can take quite a while. It often seems difficult to find someone available (or capable) to help load. It would be great if there were a few dedicated team members stationed out front specifically for loading assistance so contractors and customers could get in and out more efficiently.
Overall still a solid store with a good team, just a few things that could make it even better.
