  I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience with La-Z-Boy. The leather quality is far below what I expected for the price. Within less than a year, it noticeably faded and had to be replaced, which raises serious concerns about whether this is even genuine leather. What’s even more frustrating is the warranty. I paid extra thinking it would provide peace of mind, but it turned out to be practically useless. When issues came up, they were not covered, and the company did not stand behind the product. If your furniture fades, wears down, or has defects, don’t expect meaningful support. For a brand with such a strong reputation, this experience did not match the promise. I would strongly encourage potential buyers to think twice—especially before paying extra for the warranty.

  Finding what I wanted was quick and easy. Sales representative was a very nice young man and answered all my questions I asked. This is the second chair that we have bought from La-Z-Boy in Lansing.

  I was able to order a rocker / recliner that matches my couch at a reasonable price. I was surprised though that it had to be delivered, that we couldn’t pick it up at the store so that added $100 that I could have saved as we could have picked it up but I was told that was not possible any more.
