Pleasantly surprised at how hospitable this Lowe’s can be. I got help choosing and purchasing a new saw plus a few tools from Reiss. Super fun guy to talk to! His knowledge over his tools domain was dense, and relating to his stories helped to secure the sale. Will be back!

Had carpet installed a week ago through Lowe's grand ledge. They hired Keller Installers (avg review 1.7 stars on google), and made promises to install transition strips. The manager over the flooring department would only honor their sale price on carpet if measurements were completed and quote paid before the sales end, despite requiring a signed contract just for measurements.
Long story short, two brothers from Mexican Town Detroit were sub-subcontracted by Keller. They called me an hour after their window to let me know they arrived (fyi, 30 minute call ahead required per Keller policy). They refused to install any transition strip. Lowes customer service put in a request for a supervisor to call me, and never did. I called Keller separately multiple times to remedy this and still nothing but voicemail. The Bros did say Keller had a mass management walkoff that week and today was the new supervisors first day.
Lowe's grand ledge management makes promises and is either uninformed or lied to me. Keller is trash. Don't hire lowes.
Btw, Home Depot Okemos offered multiple colors of transition strips and installed them on a carpet job earlier this year!
Do better Lowe's, and buy me the transition strips you promised.
