    Ordered a dishwasher with install 12/8, first install date was 12/23, not ideal but I decided it would be ok. Got a call saying they had some cancellations would I like it done 12/13. Absolutely. Fantastic. 12/13 comes The install company calls me and tells me they’re at Lowe’s and they do not have my dishwasher. Why would Lowe’s greenlight and installation if they don’t even have my dishwasher? Mind you, I looked online and it said it could be delivered to my house the very next day why is it taking them so long to get it if I can get it the next day? So I called, they told me the dishwasher would be there on the 16th, and they hadn’t canceled my original install date so it was still on track for 12/23. Annoying but fine. 12/17 I called the store to ensure that they did have my dishwasher, they confirmed. And here we are 2 days before Christmas and I didn’t hear anything so I called first thing. Turns out they were still telling the company THEY hired to do the install that they did not have the dishwasher and they did in fact cancel my original 12/23 appointment they assured me they didn’t. So I’m not even scheduled for an install at any time. Earliest available; 1/6. So I get to host Christmas without a dishwasher. The kicker, no one even apologizes or tries to make it right like this is somehow my fault. Never again will I purchased from Lowe’s. Never again.

    Do not, under any circumstance, do online orders through this store location. They will call you the day before and say you're all set for a delivery then call the next morning to confirm that the delivery will be in that day and then email you to let you know they have to reschedule. The really fun part is they will call you several days before the newly scheduled date and say they will be there the next day. Otherwise it's two weeks to wait (past the second scheduled date). Poor management with zero accountability or any compensation.

    Stood in line for an hour for Black Friday. Employees did nothing to prevent people from cutting in line. The buckets were a huge let down. Waste of time.

    Manager—Bryan was rude!!!!!! Went to store about Craftsman tool’s to exchange tools because they broke and was told the tool kit can be exchanged and upgraded to a kit with more tools. Nope—it cannot. Was given wrong sockets that do not go to that kit and let manager know about it and he had a attitude about it, and didn’t receive correct sockets.

    Not good using Lowe’s credit for the first time, got send to credit fraud. Spend 45 minutes trying to clear it up and never did call number on back of card rude as ever! And cedar st Lansing Michigan customer service just hung on me!
