    Only received a 2 because a nice young man asked to help. We said "Thanks we are good" and proceeded to checkout. There we listened to the lady get upset when an elderly man asked her if there was checkout lanes with cashiers. Couldn't quite hear the response but she was obviously disgusted. Then we asked the same question and were treated just as rudely. We told her we'd already dealt with rude people today and she proceeded to tell us about her entire horrible day. She has no business dealing with the public.

    My family is going on day six of no help with the $1000 dryer we bought from Lowe’s. We were promised priority delivery, today, November 7th, because of all of the run around we’ve been put through on top of financial compensation that we were promised, but the old dryer is still sitting there, not hauled off, which we paid for, and the new one is not installed, which we also paid for. We have paid $200 additional out of pocket to change our outlet which, according to the electrician, didn’t need to be changed and all we keep hearing is, “There’s nothing we can do.” We have never been treated so poorly by a business and it’s starting to feel like we’re being punished for being frustrated. We just wanted what we paid for and we can’t see to get it. We will not be using Lowe’s ever again.

    We ordered a dryer from Lowe’s, paid for the additional $70 installation kit and the $50 haul away…We are now on day four of this ordeal and the brand new $1000 dryer has been sitting on the floor, the old one has not been hauled away, and we had to spend an additional $200 to get the outlet changed even though the electrician stated that the plug we had could still be used. We keep getting the run around and were promised compensation for all the trouble we’ve been caused, but we still haven’t received any help whatsoever. This is some of the worst customer service we have ever received.

    It has been a nightmare. No communication between store, warehouse and contractor drivers. Still don’t have my dryer hooked up or the old one hauled off. Both big trucks that came out refused to pick up old dryer said it was against the rules. Then who's supposed to pick it up? Edit: Updating this to add that we have spent hundreds of additional dollars to meet the requirements for installation and they are still refusing to come out until SATURDAY to install our dryer! They have promised to compensate us for all the trouble, but no one will help us! They just keep giving us the run around!

    I'm so irritated right now. I bought a garbage disposal and paid for installation also because it was $60 cheaper than the plumber I originally had which I should have kept. I was suppose to get it done 10/14/25 and I've been waiting all day and they send me a text to reschedule. Thinking I'm just going to find someone to do it and get my money back from Lowe's.
