Then proceeded to completely ignore the issue at hand and only offered to help us purchase replacement fabric and put us in touch with a reupholster company. Again not sure why they think we would want to reupholster with fabric that apparently is not even capable of withstanding 7 months of average sitting use. Be wary of terrible customer service and not standing by products- warranties cover nothing and you are out of luck when their poor quality furniture falls apart.

The fabric wore completely through within 6 months of owning it. When we reached out we were told that it was from “outside causes”. So apparently sitting on the couch is an outside cause that you shouldn’t be doing on their furniture. And while it’s from “outside causes” they are absolutely willing to offer a “very steep discount” to replace the worn sections. Seems weird you’d be willing to replace for a discount if it’s truly no fault of your own. AWFUL customer service and a terrible product. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
