Yes. We will move most small furniture items such as coffee tables and end tables. We do not move larger furniture items such as beds, dressers, China cabinets, or pianos.

We recommend having your carpet cleaned every 6 to 12 months. If there are pets in the home or someone with allergies, having them cleaned more often helps remove those allergens.

While professional cleaners can significantly improve or remove most stains, some, particularly older stains, may not be completely removed. It's best to discuss specific problem areas with the cleaning technicians to manage expectations.

Typically, carpets take between 8 to 12 hours to dry. Cross-ventilation speeds up the drying process more effectively than interior heating. Using fans can also help.

Yes! We clean the air ducts first so our technicians aren't walking on the freshly cleaned carpet, and to ensure any dust or debris that escapes the vents can be cleaned up afterward.

When cleaning carpets in the home, we typically estimate around 30 minutes per area with additional time for stairs. For rug cleaning, the process can take anywhere from 4-7 days as we want to ensure we are taking the time to get your rugs cleaned and dried properly.

Do you clean area rugs in the home?

Although we do not recommend cleaning the area rugs in the home, we can do it if they are on a tile or concrete floor. Cleaning rugs on wood floors can destroy the wood floor. For a deeper cleaning, we recommend having them cleaned at our rug cleaning facility.

How are dryer vents cleaned?

In most cases, we clean dryer vents from outside of the home. First, we remove the exterior vent cover (louvre) to access the vent. Then, we use a specialized cable with a brush attachment that is inserted into the vent. With the dryer running, the airflow helps push loosened lint outward while our drill-powered brush simultaneously pulls out larger debris. This combination ensures thorough and effective cleaning of the entire vent system.
