  Our sales person, Jake, was very knowledgeable and super pleasant, not.to mention patient. We didnt know.what we wanted and he spent a lot.of time with us. Then, their designer jumped in to assist and really helped seal the deal. Great employees, products and atmosphere. Highly recommend buying furniture here. Also- the place is way larger than it looks from the outside. They have tons of inventory! Definitely check it out.

  I had a wonderful experience in your store. The store itself is beautiful and the selection is great All the employees I felt with in the store, on the phone and I'm my home couldn't have been more helpful. Alice Thompson, the store manager, greeted us and was extremely helpful in showcasing all the different features and comforts of the reclining sofas and chairs. She helped us choose the right fit for our needs. Then I was introduced to Monica Sanders, the interior designer, and she was a HUGE help. She helped me choose the fabrics for my new chair and sofa. A few days later she came to our home with a wonderful selection of fabrics that she felt might work. She helped select the perfect combination for our family room, that would work with what we already had. She worked up a design of the room and showed me items that I could add later to enhance the room. My furniture will arrive in 6 weeks and I can't wait! Thank you again to Alice and Monica, love you guys!!!

  Jacob at the Lake Orion store was most helpful and guided us thru the process perfectly. The store was clean and attractive. And as always you can count on Lazyboy quality.

  Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent couch delivery. Unfortunately, the couch was delivered without any of the required hardware, making it impossible to assemble. The delivery team informed me that someone would contact me regarding this issue. They took photos and made a phone call while here, but I have not yet received any follow-up. While the delivery team was very polite and professional, they did not remove or cover their shoes. As a result, dirt, water, and snow salt were tracked throughout our home and onto our new hardwood floors, which was very disappointing. I would appreciate a call back as soon as possible to address the missing hardware and discuss how this situation can be resolved. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

  Alice was wonderful to work with and she showed us several chairs and explained the different options that were available. She was especially helpful in explaining the importance of fabric choices to consider since we have a pet. Finally, she was very adept in showing us color choices after taking the time to understand the colors we have in the room we were buying recliners for.
