    I ordered a Vanity from Lowe’s website. Their Vendaor is named Serwall Outdoor Furniture. I ordered a vanity that had said I would have it in 30 days. Not only did I not receive it on time, Lowe’s nor Serwall cared to share an update or call to let me know it would not be coming in on the day scheduled. After a few more days, it finally arrived and it was broken. The corner of the sink was broken. After several calls and trying to figure out what was next, Lowe’s told me there was nothing they can do. I had to reach out to the Vendor (Serwood) who never replied to my voicemail messages. Finally Lowe’s reached them and they offered to pay me $100 to keep the vanity and buy a new sink. I asked that Lowe’s pick it up so I could return it. The treatment I received was as if it was not their issue. If that’s the case then maybe Lowe’s should not sell 3rd party goods. I finally got that resolved and I RE-ORDERED the same vanity. I was to receive it in two weeks. Again! No call, no email, not able to track the shipping, AGAIN. Now I’m being asked to give it a few more days. I write all of this to say: DO BETTER LOWE’s!!! Call the vendor and ask that they have some darn COURTESY and ask they have some kind of communication skills. Management should be able to drop Serwood if they are not a good vendor. Customer’s who order these items have contractors coming out to have them installed and they charge when they come out for an install. It’s their time and gas too. Be considerate!

    I purchased a bed from the website, Before I did that I asked the sales person at Lowes if I had an issue what then. They told me they would come pick it up and deliver a replacement. After speaking with the manager Matt he informed me they "don't do that." I also called customer care and they confirmed that I could return it wait a month for a new bed then it would be delivered. So they expect us to sleep on the floor for a month until the replacement is processed and delivered. I filed a complaint and will be shutting down my business account....BAD BUSNIESS LOWES YOU SHOULDN'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS!

    Mariah at the pro desk has been so helpful with getting the supplies for our renovation. It was refreshing to have an easy positive experience after having such a bad experience with Home Depot right down the road. I’ll always choose Lowe’s now!
