  I went to J&J last year to have a key made. It was not the best experience, but I needed another key made today so I went back again. But from my experience today, I did not get a key made. And I will never go back. Follow-up: The person at the counter knew I owned the vehicle. He rang up my purchase the last time I got a key made there. And, it was for the same vehicle when the chip in my old key no longer worked. I brought the old key in yesterday to have a new one made. I referred him to that previous transaction to hopefully jog his memory of me as a previous customer. Also, as I explained yesterday, while traveling last week I lost the key he made for me the last time I was there. And if this is a policy, he did not verify ownership when he made a key when I was there previously. In hindsight, I was warned about your service, but both times I needed a key and I was hoping for a better experience. After I left yesterday, I looked online and contacted another locksmith. They came to my home and provided exceptional customer service at a reasonable price, less than the price you quoted to do the same.

  They were friendly, fast, and affordable. One of my vehicle keyless entry fobs was completely broken, and the other one was on its last leg. The dealership wanted $600 for both keys and to reprogram them, saying it was a 2-key minimum. I brought in a key (after heavy research) and purchased one there, and they reprogrammed them both for just over $200. Asked them if they had it, they looked it up. Total time there was 30-45 minutes.

  We thought we would need a new key fab but they were able to get our current fab working. Super helpful - very quick - kind and knowledgeable. So glad to have businesses like this in Kalamazoo! Thanks J & J - we will be a repeat customer!

  I had an amazing experience with JNJ Locksmith and can’t recommend them enough. They responded quickly and handled everything with professionalism from start to finish. I was dealing with a smart lock that multiple other locksmiths told me couldn’t be picked. One company even said they would have to damage my door to get it open. When I explained the situation to JNJ, they confidently reassured me they would get the job done and they absolutely delivered. Christopher worked his magic on the lock while Cody assisted, and even when it seemed like the lock wouldn’t turn and all hope was lost, they stayed calm and kept at it. Before I knew it, they had successfully unlocked my door without causing any damage. On top of that, they also made me a spare key all within 30 minutes. I’m truly grateful for their skill, persistence, and professionalism. Their service was well worth the money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith.

  I don't know why I bought. It was difficult to try to get this Review Posted due to issues with google But I finally got it.. The price of them coming out to do a key fob was greatly cheaper than the dealership and add includes the surcharge for coming to me it would accosted me. Almost five hundred at the dealership with the The price of the towing fee but J &J Locksmiths I git it done on site They came to me All together less than half the price of the dealership, thanks They're only requirement was showing Proof of ownership of the Vehicle witch is understandable and respectable
