Bought a tool box and had a horrible experience with employees and management. Original top chest was missing the keys as they tried to give us the display one not a boxed one. lower rolling box had a large dent on the side. Will not buy anything else there.

They don't allow returns on all Christmas items including trees. And I tried to call the number but did not get issue resolved so we will be not coming back ever! And in fact we will be going to menards which is way better.

Helpful associates but Self Check-out was a disaster. I only purchased 2 items. I had the associate assist because the check out kept beeping and even the associate didn't know why. I paid and asked for a receipt on the screen, but the Kiosk Never printed anything. When I asked the associate who was helping me, she told me that I would need to go to the courtesy desk to get a duplicate receipt because she didn't know why it didn't print one. Be sure to avoid the self check out registers at this location.

Purchased extended warranty with washer and dryer. Was told didn't even need the manufacturer warranty. Just call Lowes if we had a problem. 3 months after we purchased the appliances, the washer stopped working. Guess what we were told to call the manufacturer. Samsung said they didn't have technicians. They gave us a date of over 2 weeks out. I called Lowes for help. They refused to help. Tom the assistant manager said he would call me back. Never did. I was hung up on when I called him back. So Don't Buy from Lowes. They don't tell the truth. And don't by Samsung. Terrible appliances that didnt last 3 months. Lowes didn't even try to help. They sold us extended warrant with false promises..

I bought a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher November 6th. My oven went out at home and was told I would have my new one before Thanksgiving. Today is the day before Thanksgiving they told me it was going to be here between 2 & 6. They were 1.9 miles away from my house.called and said they would be at my house in 5 minutes and laughed. I pulled the stove out unplugged it had it ready. I pulled the refrigerator out and took all the food out. I waited until 7:45 and then got a call from their manager saying they weren’t going to make. I called Lowe’s still no resolution to the problem. Now I have no oven to cook my Thanksgiving dinner for my family tomorrow. Very upset and disappointed. Who does that to someone. All lies.
