The store never has product in stock even though their website and app says different; you can never find an employee for assistance when you need one. Purchase a garage door opener there several years ago and nobody could figure out how to ring the item up since it was on sale. Earlier this year we purchased a new washer and dryer on pedestals but the delivery drivers brought the wrong hose for the washer, so that couldn't be hooked up. When we purchased a Blackstone from them and asked to be delivered assembled, they called the day before delivery saying they didn't have anyone to assemble it so they could either deliver it in the box or I could wait two more weeks for it to be delivered assembled. Since it was Fourth of July weekend and I wanted to use it that weekend, I told them to deliver it in the box, which they did - by leaving it in the middle of the driveway for someone to steal. And now, we just discovered, that a set of window blinds we ordered two months ago through a contractor, were never ordered by the store and now we'll have to wait another two months - and no doubt the store won't make it right. I'm done with this store and Lowe's in general. I will never set foot in that place again, and I would (and will) much rather drive twice as far to shop at THE HOME DEPOT in Plainwell than go back to Lowe's.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
