I will no longer shop Jackson or any other Lowes. I worked in customer service for 40 years, and Lowes customer service is pretty much what I was taught not to do! I have purchased online several times and received notifications that the order is ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told they never had the order and know nothing about it. On one occasion the person saying that was leaning on the item I purchased. Next, the credit service that use are absolute thieves! On 3 occasions, I paid the card off and asked that the account be closed. On two of those occasions, I was told no problem and it was done. There has been charges added for unknown fees, and on the last occasion, I paid the random unknown fee (125.00) and still received a bill for 45.00. I was told the payment was made on time by phone, but the payment didn't post until after the due date, so a late charge was added. They won! I paid it but will not deal with that credit agency or Lowes again.

I visited the Jackson Lowe’s looking for countertops, and the experience was extremely frustrating. There were multiple associates walking around the store, yet not a single person proactively offered help. I had to approach employees myself to ask for assistance, and the two associates I asked directed me to the wrong area of the store.
I ultimately had to continue searching on my own to find the correct department.
The one exception was Arielle in the countertop area. She was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful once I found her. She made the experience much better and clearly cares about helping customers.
Unfortunately, the overall customer service from the rest of the staff fell far below expectations. Customers should not have to track down employees for help, only to be sent in the wrong direction. Arielle was excellent, but the general level of service and awareness from other staff needs significant improvement.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
