  Very disappointed in the service to open our pool. As new pool owners we made sure to let Wolbers know we had no idea what was needed to open our pool. Our expectations were that our pool would be usable for swimming as a part of the pool opening process. After 1 month plus of working with them we were still unable to use our pool. Unfortunately, they never did tell us what pool opening really means to them, but apparently it doesn't mean you will be able to swim in it. The owner, Tina, was not pleasant to work with, very rude and did not proofread any of her correspondence before sending. She threw her coworkers under the bus multiple times via email. Would not recommend using them. Tiffany was awesome by the way! Thankfully, we found a company who was able to help us, and we were enjoying our pool in no time at all.

  The WP staff is the best!!! They provide great service and are so helpful. Looking forward to seeing them this pool season.
