  Great experience shopping at Gardner White. Our salesman, Blake, was excellent! Friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He gave us plenty of space to try different mattress types and price ranges also clearly explaining the benefits of each, which made it easier to find what worked best for us. What stood out most was the lack of any pushy sales tactics, something I anlways appreciate. The whole process felt smooth, straightforward, and we left feeling confident in our decision. Very happy with our purchase and the overall experience provided here. Thanks!

  This was a great shopping experience. Sometimes the sales staff of stores get a bit overwhelming. Not so at this store. Our salesman, Keith was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us many options and had much information of the different brands helping us to make a good decision to fit our needs.

  I shopped the Gardner White Howell store and bought some living room furniture recently and can't say enough good things about this business. I usually dread shopping for furniture right behind shopping for cars, but this was a pleasant and seamless experience from shopping to sale to delivery. I can't believe I went in one afternoon and the furniture was in my living room by noon the next day. This 5 star outfit (I would give them more if I could) knows how to take care of their customers from sales, service to delivery. You can tell this is a well run business who has high standards of its employees who deliver exceptional service. These employees make this company what it is, I wish I could name the people I talked with in service and elsewhere but certainly have to mention my sales consultant Gregg Williams who couldn't of been more helpful and making the process easy and seamless. But Gregg didn't stop there after the sale. He followed up post delivery with me to make sure everything went ok. What super impressed me was after my delivery I inquired about a small purchase of some fabric, which I'm sure took some time and effort to look into, and Gregg set it all up for me. Gregg gets an A+ all day long in my assessment . The Howell store is not the closest store to me, but I'll gladly travel there to look him up for my future needs.

  I am not very happy as I was told $100 deposit would be taken to hold a sectional until we made our final decision. This morning my credit card company notified me of a $3334 amount that hit my card I did not authorize that I am very upset After further discussion the Howell Mi store manger could. NOt provide a reason as to Why as my credit card shows a fraudulent transaction as I still wait for this to be resolved

  My wife and I had an excellent experience at your Howell location. We recently visited two well-known furniture stores in search of a new sofa and recliner, and we ultimately chose Gardner White because of the outstanding service provided by Keith Colley. From the moment we arrived, Keith listened carefully to our needs and directed us to the best options without any high-pressure sales tactics. After taking a day to review our choices, we returned to narrow our search. Keith was incredibly helpful, using a "good, better, best" format to guide our decision-making. We truly appreciated Keith's genuine approach and the fact that he cared about finding the right fit for our family. Both Keith and his sales partner, Ethan, were fantastic to work with. I will highly recommend the Howell Gardner White to anyone looking for furniture and will suggest they ask for Keith and Ethan specifically. Thank you again to Keith and Ethan!
