Called to get a replacement and was told that since it’s past 48 hours that their hands are washed clean of it and that it’s the manufacturer’s problem now. Well every time I call Frigidaire someone over seas answers and I can’t get them to do anything about it, what a joke! 1 million thumbs down to Lowe’s 👎🏿 I couldn’t make a second review, so I’m adding onto this one. I called the number down below because Lowe’s wanted to rectify the situation and all that did was get me Lowe’s overseas’s department to someone I couldn’t even understand. They sent out two “repair” guys today who looked like furniture movers with a safety vest on. They walked inside, turned the oven on, then said “yup, it’s defective “. Guess what, they just passed the buck back to the manufacturer. I will never step foot in another Lowe’s again! Makes you feel like a ball of yarn between two cats. They should just shut their doors, what a joke.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
