It not being delivered until 10:50 to 11:10pm, I go to bed at 9pm so I am very unhappy with Gardner White. My husband and I will never go to GW being business people are self. If I treat customers the way you do I would not have been in business over 54 years.
- ASAmanda Savage1 day ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with Gardner-White. The furniture I selected had damage that was deliberately concealed while on display. After I agreed to purchase it, I was told to pull my car around, and the item was wrapped in a way that further hid the damage. Once I got it home and unwrapped it, the damage was immediately obvious. I called right away and was refused a return or refund. I then dealt with multiple employees and the store manager, who gave inconsistent and dishonest explanations. Corporate responded to my review, but the process went nowhere and seemed designed to waste time. Unfortunately, many other reviews describe very similar experiences. If you value your time, read the reviews carefully and consider shopping elsewhere. Gardner-White’s policies appear heavily one-sided, and I would not sign anything there without fully understanding what rights you are giving up, not even a receipt. Buyer beware.

Both were friendly and courteous. We did make a purchase and again that was done efficiently. We will definitely be back.

She should be promoted for her excellence in communication, customer service skills, which is a rare skill set these days. I had speedy delivery and loved my furniture so much I came back and bought more from her. There was a salesperson I started with in the beginning that was also good, but had to leave. I am a very satisfied customer. THANK YOU Ms Love from Howell, Mi store.

My daughter has special needs and Frannie was so patient with us the entire time. She didn’t just show us the display items, she spent more time with us by sitting at the computer and finding out what was perfect for us. She broke everything down to make sure we were getting everything we asked for. Also, she worked with us on what delivery date would work best with our schedules. I’m so thankful for her and she made the shopping experience 10x better. She’s very honest about things too so you don’t feel like you’re just being “sold” to. If you’re going to Gardner White in Howell, I would definitely call ahead of time and request to work with Frannie! She’s awesome. Thank you again!
