I don't recommend buying any type of refrigerators from here. Especially the LG Refrigerators. My mom bought one 4 years ago and it stopped working yesterday. Fixing costs would be more than $600, so she now has to get a new one. She also had issues with her brand new washer that came from there, had issues spinning. Luckily it was swapped out but the products from there don't last long and expensive too fix. Expensive products, cheap executions.

I usually visit Lowe's from time to time when I have to purchase/get some things for DYI stuff that I want to do.
Yesterday, I had an awesome experience with one of their associates. His name is Phil.
My wife and I were checking out carpets for two of our bedrooms and we were wondering if Lowe's can do free measurements/estimates and if they also do installation. Phil approached us with a smile and asked if we needed assistance. Of course, we said yes. And he proceeded to explain to us such and such. Just to shorten this review, he was awesome! I hope you guys hire a lot more Phil!
Also, I have to mention Michelle. We've had two interactions with her. The first one was when we were purchasing a couple of items and we were having problems with our gift cards. She was so helpful in assisting us and we got purchase with little problem. And, the second time, was today. Again, she assisted me (this time) in my return. She made it so easy and most of all she assisted me with a smile (of course she greeted me as well).
These two associates are fantastic in their work! Keep up the good work!!!

Just checked out at the Holland location spending well over $100 and Brenda at checkout accused me of not ringing up all of my items. Then proceeded to say it wasn’t the way I looked….wheelchair or not she could have a little more respect for customers. Not just assume my items aren’t rung up. Never going there again for anything. Menards all the way, rebates or not.
