Just checked out at the Holland location spending well over $100 and Brenda at checkout accused me of not ringing up all of my items. Then proceeded to say it wasn’t the way I looked….wheelchair or not she could have a little more respect for customers. Not just assume my items aren’t rung up. Never going there again for anything. Menards all the way, rebates or not.

Do not order appliances from Lowes. Spend the extra money and go to a smaller company. They've scratched our floors during installation. They've stored our new appliances in the freezing cold even after we asked if that was ok, and when they came to install from a third party, we were told they couldn't install the items because they could possibly be ruined. We were then told we had to return the possible broken appliances, and reorder and wait for a new delivery and installation date. No one knows what they are doing, no one is professional, and when questioned about their methods (because who stores something that may have water in out outside in negative temps) they acted like we were crazy and had no idea what we were talking about. We've been incredibly inconvenienced from start to finish. The first sales person gave us incorrect quotes, then when we were ready to purchase they couldn't get our items to ring up at the quoted price causing use to have to wait an additional 3 days to place our order all while their computer system kept breaking down. Their delivery process was a nightmare especially since we paid for installation, and they had to have a 3rd pard come out for some of the appliances, but not all, making this process well over 2 weeks long. Now with potentially damaged items the install won't install the dishwasher and we have to send it back, wait for a "refund and return" then repurchase the item schedule another delivery and then schedule another installation. None of this is being made a priority, we're just stuck. Every single person I have talked with has had some sort of attitude, all while stating incorrect things the entire time. Menards would be better that this point.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
