They have very helpful and friendly staff, and I love chit chatting with them. Help will pour in when you need help. The other biggest thing is they carry way more interesting plants and trees, and I'm talking about the varieties, species and quality. Plants are updated pretty regularly. They take good care of the plants! Also shout out to Mary G. She's a lovely staff! Keep it up!

UHS, their partner for scheduling the install will completely neglect you, while Lowe’s will do nothing but tell you they will be reaching back out in two days after an escalation, only to not do so. Please, do not waste your time with them. We paid for the windows in March, got a bad install in June, and still have not gotten the reinstall we were promised as of October.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
