Lady in the self check out forces me not to use the self check out instead go to the desk with the new guy. Im paying in cash and using rewards. Long story short the register didn't have change and was forced to go back to the self checkout I was originally at in the first place. She completely disappeared because it wasnt going smooth at all. The new guy does the self checkout without putting in my phone number. Just using the bar code for rewards telling me it automatically shows up if I use a $5 off. Well guess what it doesn't count towards the rewards without the phone number. All this could of been avoided if the lady didn't force me not to use the self checkout alone. I didn't need anyone's help thats what the self checkout is for after all.

I’m a truck driver, I did delivery before my appointment and JON was so rude, very mean, didn’t do job to unload my truck so I had to do it and my wife helped me. But he was just standing and kept watching. I’m sure he was in the clock, getting paid for the time standing us unload. He was mad, with me because I did the delivery of plant before the delivery time which is not a problem at all for the other stores. He should get write off on Thai matter to be nice to truck driver and respect delivery truckers. Employee name JON

This is one of the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever Experienced. Pro Desk has no clue how to order or use their POS system and are poorly educated on merchandise being sold. They also provide inaccurate information. I’ve wasted a month waiting for material getting the wrong material and materials not showing up etc. etc.. Furthermore, their incompetent services only cause frustration and loss of time and money. Charles at Pro Desk needs to be retrained On how to properly handle business accounts, and be able to properly process orders without making excessive errors. His inability to navigate through the POS system is terrible. Providing inaccurate information which results in total Frustration. As a result of this visit I will no longer be shopping at Lowe’s in Harper Woods. Home Depot in Roseville is a much better company with Competent Employees.

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
