    Great. I like Lowe's. Ever noticed that if you add a "T" to the end of lowes you get "lowest"? Pretty cool, huh? For many products they really do have the lowest prices and best specials. I think my favorite thing was that if this store didn't have what I needed there's a Home Depot right down the street.

    The store was nice and clean. The team members where very helpful in directing towards the aisle need to buy the items. On this occasion was looking for salt that is helpful during winter season. The team member at checkout was also respectful and polite in helping as well.

    Kudos to assistant manager, Josh. There was an issue with my third party scheduled delivery. Josh called me, explained the issue, and then delivered my items personally in his own personal truck. Don't see customer service like that anymore, especially from their orange competitor. Thank you, Josh, for literally going the extra mile to ensure my items were delivered on time!

    Purchased a new stackable washing machine and specifically stated that the dryer was stacked on top to the salesman. We paid for installation and removal of the old washer. When it was delivered the delivery person refused to touch the dryer so the washer could be installed. Lowe's is refusing to correct this outright lie to us. I will never shop at Lowe's again. They are not a reputable company in my opinion. They took the money but refuse to complete the work which was already paid for!

    I recently purchased a dishwasher and a garbage disposal, along with the full installation service, at this location. My experience following the purchase has been extremely poor, primarily due to catastrophic failures in internal communication and repeated misinformation from customer service. The initial installation company contacted me and stated clearly that they do not install garbage disposals, despite the service being purchased. I immediately contacted Lowe's customer service to resolve this, as their website indicated the service was available. The representative I spoke with allegedly contacted the installation company, returned to the line, and explicitly assured me that the issue was resolved, the installation was covered, and my appointment was confirmed and "all set" for the scheduled day. On the day of the appointment, having heard nothing from the installer, I reached out to customer service again. A different representative informed me that she saw no appointment scheduled for that day and, furthermore, confirmed that the installation company does not perform garbage disposal installation. This series of events demonstrates a complete breakdown in the installation process and severe misinformation provided by Lowe's staff. I wasted significant time rescheduling, following up, and preparing for an appointment that was never actually scheduled, all while being repeatedly assured that the service I paid for was ready to proceed. I am now left without the installation service I purchased, requiring a full refund for the installation fees and having to start the entire process over. The lack of clarity and contradictory information between the store, customer service, and the third-party installer is unacceptable.
