I ordered a slider made arrangements to put it in one of my rental properties scheduled workers, then at 6:00 p.m. The night before they email me to tell me that it wouldn't be in for another 2 weeks?? Meanwhile, I had gotten constant reminders that it was coming the next day. How do you cancel something at 6:00 at night for the next day?. When I call the store and ask to speak to the manager A guy told me that he was and would contact the Bender. He never called me back until the next day the day it was supposed to arrive and then promptly hung up on me when I said well. You're being sorry doesn't really help me, does it? Arrangements have been made. Money has been spent!!!! Oh sorry about???

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
