    Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else to order blinds for your home. Our experience with Lowe's Grandville has been terrible. We first ordered our blinds for our new home in the end of July and our project is still not completed 5 months later. There have been shipping issues and order issues more times than I can count. They forgot to place part of our order multiple times, they have confirmed they ordered it and then never did. They charged us for things that they said they ordered but never did and we ended up paying for those items multiple times. We lost track of all the refunding and repurchasing of items because it has been constant. On top of that the customer service has been terrible. The managers at this location have been rude on the phone, irritated with us when we call to check on orders or to reorder with them because they have ordered the wrong thing. We have also asked to talk to a regional or area manager and get the run around saying they have no contact information with them and to just talk to corporate. When we talk to them they say they can't forward our issues until the project has been completed! Who even knows when this will be completed. We still have one shade left to go... it broke after one day when it was installed over a month ago and they have reordered the wrong shade multiple times. We will never use Lowe's again for anything.

    Absolutely, every time I order something from here it's screwed up. I ordered a slider made arrangements to put it in one of my rental properties scheduled workers, then at 6:00 p.m. The night before they email me to tell me that it wouldn't be in for another 2 weeks?? Meanwhile, I had gotten constant reminders that it was coming the next day. How do you cancel something at 6:00 at night for the next day?. When I call the store and ask to speak to the manager A guy told me that he was and would contact the Bender. He never called me back until the next day the day it was supposed to arrive and then promptly hung up on me when I said well. You're being sorry doesn't really help me, does it? Arrangements have been made. Money has been spent!!!! Oh sorry about???
