    Save yourself the time and go somewhere else for blinds. Our experience with Lowe’s Grandville has been awful. You might say, “wow that is a good price.”—it isn’t even close to worth it! Use Home Depot or anyone else!! We ordered blinds at the end of July 2025 and it is now February 2026 and the project is still not completed. Since then, there have been countless ordering and shipping errors, including yet another order mistake just recently. Items were “ordered” but never placed, we were charged multiple times for the same items, and refunds and reorders became constant. Customer service and management have been rude and dismissive, and corporate refuses to escalate anything until the project is finished—which apparently may never happen. We fully expect the usual generic “let us help” response with no actual follow-through, as that’s been the pattern for 9 months. Completely unacceptable. We will never use Lowe’s again.

    Let me tell you about my guy Julian. He saw that I was buying a LOT of ice melt and volunteered to come outside and help me load it into the truck. He was respectful, prompt, and made this trip a great experience. Thank you Julian!

    Wish I could rate it 0! We ordered a dishwasher on the 16th it was supposed to be delivered and installed on the 22nd. Nobody ever contacted us. I contacted on the 22nd at 5pm to find out where the dishwasher was, come to find out it wasn't going to be delivered due to "vehicle issues." Delivery was rescheduled to the 29th. Received an email stating they no longer had a driver. We have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a dishwasher that we paid over $700 for. They have very poor customer service. I canceled the order and ordered it from another place and will have it Saturday. Lowes has the WORST customer service!
