  We could not return our cabnet because it was passed the 90 day period it was destroyed when we tried to return it the Manger would not work with us at all Lowes lost a customer today

  I purchased a set of four Toilets from Lowes. They were Delivered to my house today (4/9/2026) But the Delivery crew simply left Them out on side Before delivering off. I went Lowes to report the issue. But since I still haven't heard back from them. I ended up having to hire someone to move the 4 set Toilets inside my house. This is bad service. @@@@@

  I bought paint from Lowe’s which opened up in our truck while driving. They didn’t put the top on how it should have been on. Lowe’s was gracious enough to reimburse me for getting the paint out of the truck. However, I had another smaller can of paint I got from them and that too opened up and spilled all over our carpet because once again, the top wasn’t properly put on the can of paint. I will never be back. Do better.

  UPDATE: I called the number they responded with and it is all for show. They did not escalate or resolve our issue. They basically said no returns for major appliances past 48 hours unless you paid with a lowes credit card, then it would be 30 days. She stated no exceptions. Then they put me on hold, did not come back on the line, and transfered me to LG without explantion. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, they are a bunch of crooks! We will never buy major appliances here again. Buy at your own risk. If you purchase appliances and need installation, make sure it is scheduled for the same day as delivery. They only allow a 48-hour return window, which is not enough time when installation is delayed. We purchased an LG washer and dryer and paid for installation. Delivery was prompt (within 2 days), and installation was scheduled for the following day. However, they failed to install the washer, claiming a third party would handle it. While the third party said the store was supposed to install it and refused to do so. The 3rd party said the original dryer was defective (which it's noteworthy that they were youtubing how to convert it from natural gas to propane and did't know what they were doing), Lowes did deliver a new dryer the next day and scheduled installation for both the washer and dryer a full week later. We couldn’t wait that long and ended up paying a professional to install them 5 days before the lowes 3rd party installers were available. Now that it's installed, the washer pools water in the drum when not in use, and the dryer takes three cycles to dry a single load. It has only been about a week since the inital purchase and one day since we paid additional money for a company to install properly. We requested a return because the appliances do not function properly for being new, and their installers were not scheduled to come out for 3 more days. There was no apology, and we were told "Our 48 hr return policy only applies to delivery and we will not make return exceptions for install delays" we now have to go through the the lg warranty instead. It’s frustrating that they will not make an exception, especially when delayed installation caused the issue. Worst customer service/manager interactions we have had for home appliances. In my opinion they should make an exception and return both so we can have fully functioning appliances considering we just dropped over 3k on them and had to pay extra for insall. Additionally, we had to take multiple days off of work to be home for delivery/install and they refused to work around our schedule. We will not be purchsing from them again.

  This is my go to store in Grand Rapids area. Kyle and Robert in the pro desk are always on their game. Zach in appliances was helpful and resourceful. Recently finished a big deck project and now bought new appliances. Love with work this team.
