  We like the chair but we bought an extra table then after getting the chair we decided we didn’t need to have an extra table and we were told we could return it but they would not refund the $100 we paid for a small table that didn’t work out as we thought it would.

  You guys did my parents so dirty. They bought 2 chairs on March 3 and my mom’s was to be changed in color. They said 2 weeks for delivery and it is now April 4 and they will not deliver the chairs until the 9th. Then they charge $100 a chair for delivery. So $200 and they paid in cash $3400 for the chairs. I would never recommend anyone to go here. My parents are in their 80’s and didn’t deserve this kind of treatment.

  The quality of the products stand for themselves. Our sales rep Will is most knowledgeable and helpful. Be assisted in our selection and provided a search of the fabric for our custom furniture. Additionally, we saved considerably by purchasing in store. I highly recommend these products and Will for sales.

  I would have given them five stars: Will was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us pick out a chair and the fabric for it. My problem is with La-Z-Boy itself: they charge $100 delivery, even though I wanted to pick it up at the store myself, since we only live 10 minutes away.

  This is for Toledo store. I told delivery drivers that the chairs on the truck were not ones I ordered. I ordered rich grey, the chairs delivered are so dark brown they look black. I am so unhappy with them I could spit nails. I’ve been on phone and emails with manager of Toledo store where I actually placed the order and it’s an argument. States lighting in store makes them look grey. But lighting in my house will make them look dark brown. Then these chairs shouldn’t have a color code as grey and the lights of the showroom are misleading and false advertisement and I am so very unhappy that I even have to argue to get these exchanged. This is nothing but a bad experience so far. I never should have had to go thru this anguish trying to get these exchanged. Still in process of trying to get new chairs. I believe they’re the wrong ones delivered but either way, I want the actual color i ordered or get another color that actually looks grey in my home. I’ll update my review if they make it right First pic are ones in store 2nd pic are what they look like in my homes. 3rd pic shows how much natural lights can come through my may windows
