  David Aguilar was very knowledge. Him annd his one man crew was able to locate the broken valve quickly and fix the issue quickly. On top of their excellent service, he was friendly and personable. As a new homeowner, I don’t know much about irrigation systems so this was a pleasant and trustworthy experience.

  I normally do just about all of my irrigation repairs myself, but one came up that I was just not comfy doing. I called one company, left a message, but they never returned my call. I called another company and made an appointment with them to come out to complete the repair, but they never showed up. Grapids was the next company I called. An actual person answered the phone, I had an appointment set on the day I requested within seconds, and the tech showed up shortly into the time window given to me. When David arrived, I took him into my backyard and showed him where the problem was. He checked things out and let me know what I would be looking at price wise after determining what parts would be needed. He got right to work and before I knew it, he was coming back around the front of my house to tell me he had fixed the issue. He cleaned up my patio and put things back how he found them and very neatly. He also ran my whole system all the way through and looked for any other issues and replaced a faulty nozzle on one of my sprays. I was very pleased with David's consciousness, communication, quality workmanship, and the next time an issue arises that I am unable to take care of, I will be calling Grapids and asking for David.

  Great experience! Jeremy was awesome and took his time to explain my system to me in the new house I moved to. I would have been lost without his guidance. Always used grapids and will continue to use them, hopefully Jeremy is my tech from here on out!

  We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Grapids! They did a beautiful job with helping us with a backyard drainage system for our subpump. Looking forward to having a beautiful DRY back yard this year!! Thank you to Grapids!!!
