    While we have had a good experience in this store (hence the 2-star review), our overall experience with Ferguson has been poor. We ordered a beverage fridge and have had nothing but problems. The first one delivered was the wrong size, and getting a replacement was extremely difficult - they required us to repack it in a large box prior to picking up and scheduling was challenging. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them when I finally got someone on the phone. When the replacement did finally arrive, the product numbers and size were all correct. Due to our previous issues with having to repack the incorrect one, we decided not to fully unpack it after checking the labels. We had some delays in installation and when we finally opened it to install, it was the wrong model. Ferguson refused to help us resolve the issue and directed us to the manufacturer. The manufacturer is requiring us to pay for new door hinges (several hundred dollars) and a "kit" to retrofit the incorrect one to make it work. Neither of these errors have been our fault and we are now stuck paying additional to retrofit their 2nd error delivery so that we have a useable fridge. Buyer beware that any errors are not responded to well.

    I was looking for towel bars. The receptionist waved me into the showroom but I could not find where they were located. She finally got up to show me where they were and they had a very poor selection, very few and they were scattered amongst the faucets. Very poor display. She did not seem to want to get up. I was not impressed

    I just bought my first home which needed a lot of work. I felt like I was in over my head. I went into Ferguson and I was welcomed and helped by Brianna, she made me feel like I was part of the family. She showed me great options that were stylish and things I didn't know what I needed. Her knowledge of the product is beyond!!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
