I was asked to set up a payment through my bank OR my card and I was told that there wasn't exactly a preference so long as there is always money in the account it takes from. There was always money in the account and always has been for this. (I had to go this route because I moved and didn't have any cards at the time.) Someone kind on the staff caught that I was given an unrightful late fee on my past payment although there WAS money, AFTER I'd spoken with someone else a while back about how they didn't care if we did card of account. They claim there wasn't enough on my end although I've seen there always was and then when I called back to check on it (a day after they STILL got their money + extra for "late") the person who's set up the payments months ago blames ME and said he wouldn't have given the grace that his colleague did. Very okay with patronizing me in the process. Even after always getting perfect on time payments and explaining it's not my fault and I don't see where it could. So what I'm sharing here is the facility is nice, clean, accessible, spacious-- but try your best to NOT contact management if you can and always do card payments instead of bank payments if you can.
