I received a Christmas gift, I didn’t purchase it so I didn’t have a recipe or the card It was purchased on. I walked in and the girl that helped me was super confused by everything and didn’t know what to do. She seeked help from a co-worker where she said I would get store credit for the item since I didn’t have to recipe or card. She walked the girl through it step by step and the girl was still confused and barely could do the simple task at hand. She then had to seek help from an another person. This time it was a man who said I couldn’t even get the in store credit. I was fine with that fact. But the way the guy talked to me was super disrespectful. I mentioned another lady said I could get store credit and he was super rude in his response. The girl then handed me my license back and didn’t even say sorry. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and I did not like how I was talked to in there.
