We will never buy major appliances here again. Buy at your own risk.
If you purchase appliances and need installation, make sure it is scheduled for the same day as delivery. They only allow a 48-hour return window, which is not enough time when installation is delayed.
We purchased an LG washer and dryer and paid for installation. Delivery was prompt (within 2 days), and installation was scheduled for the following day. However, they failed to install the washer, claiming a third party would handle it. While the third party said the store was supposed to install it and refused to do so.
The 3rd party said the original dryer was defective (which it's noteworthy that they were youtubing how to convert it from natural gas to propane and did't know what they were doing), Lowes did deliver a new dryer the next day and scheduled installation for both the washer and dryer a full week later. We couldn’t wait that long and ended up paying a professional to install them 5 days before the lowes 3rd party installers were available.
Now that it's installed, the washer pools water in the drum when not in use, and the dryer takes three cycles to dry a single load. It has only been about a week since the inital purchase and one day since we paid additional money for a company to install properly. We requested a return because the appliances do not function properly for being new, and their installers were not scheduled to come out for 3 more days.
There was no apology, and we were told "Our 48 hr return policy only applies to delivery and we will not make return exceptions for install delays" we now have to go through the the lg warranty instead. It’s frustrating that they will not make an exception, especially when delayed installation caused the issue. Worst customer service/manager interactions we have had for home appliances.
In my opinion they should make an exception and return both so we can have fully functioning appliances considering we just dropped over 3k on them and had to pay extra for insall. Additionally, we had to take multiple days off of work to be home for delivery/install and they refused to work around our schedule.
We will not be purchsing from them again.

Bought last range hood model from local Lowes. Box was re-taped and missing parts. Ordered a replacement online for 2/24/25 store pick up.
Found same hood in Grand Rapids in stock. Contacted customer service there and was given excellent service by all involved on the phone
interaction and the return and replaçement in store, as well as cancelling my existing ourstanding order.

I didn't know that they turned this place into a pet store. I guess people don't care if other people have allergies to their animals they want to bring in and have large groups. Sit on the floor in your way trying to but things. Given you a dirty look like im in the wrong. Smh.. Sucks there's no memo on the door About groups of Pets in the store. Or Be aware of disrespectful people. Can't even bring my kid in the store now. Unless he has his allergies medication. Smh
