I have had nothing but issues with my install of my fence. I’ve been in contact with the project manager Jason and he hasn’t given me a real answer at all to resolve it. The company you guys hired out came to do my install and left only after digging holes and leaving a skid of materials in the middle of my yard. The install isn’t complete at all and I was told by the operator from Render that he has no clue when it would be finished. You can’t get a hold of Render, it constantly goes to voicemail. Anytime I call the support team at Lowe’s it’s the same, they can’t get a hold of them either. Don’t ever get an install with Lowe’s, or Render. It’s been almost 4 months since I signed to have this done. I’m gonna have to keep making phone calls to complain.

Lowes violates my privacy by having Flock cameras tracking who is coming near their stores. Evidently they share this with law enforcement. I chose not to patronize businesses who violate my privacy and civil rights.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
