Went in for a couple of love seats and ended up leaving with and extra couch that I was planning on getting at a later date. The deal was to great to pass up and was everything I wanted. It fan take some time to get your items but that is to be expected when things are custom. Will definitely be going back.

It was very patient and he did not push nor did he hang over our shoulder, trying to talk us into or out of anything Very obliging very pleasant and overall a very good experience. I did buy a chair and I think and do part, largely due to our interaction with William.

Not under warranty and only three years old! Will NEVER buy a lazy boy again! What a rip off. Better quality at ashley or even value city.
