  Everyone at the store were very friendly and helpful. Somehow once the order was placed my contact information got messed up. Our address was correct but it reverted back to my dad’s cellphone number. (He’s been gone 14 years). Consequently both numbers I left disappeared from the computer. Finally I stopped in and asked about our chairs. I was told they were in the warehouse. I paid the balance and set up delivery. I’m not sure how they were planning to contact me! Maybe they could have tried the Post Office. We got them. We’re happy. Delivery man was WONDERFUL!!!

  We had an idea of what we were looking for and our salesman Wil was very helpful in helping us narrow down our choices. He gets 5 stars too! Beautiful furniture, well laid out display areas, no pressure sales. The previous La-Z-Boy lasted 30 years and which convinced us to purchase another. Delivery was on time, called ahead when he was on his way and was awesome. Unboxed our chair and set it up in the living room with a smile. He was so efficient and polite and friendly we would recommend his services anytime!

  Love the Lazy Boy store! We just purchased a Cadillac of a lift chair for our 82yo mom. Super knowledgeable sales associate. Thank you Will!! We have a dual reclining couch and 2 Gibson recliners(10yo) 3 more older recliners and a swivel chair on our sunporch (30+ yo) Every piece looks nearly like new in our pet free-smoke free home. We swear by Lazy Boy Brand. Lifetime warranty that we have never had to use :) Highly recommend!!!

  I had the best service! From the store associates to the designer they sent to my house, they were all amazing and helpful! Hannah came out to my house to take measurements and pictures. They used that info to put into a computer program that showed me what the furniture would look like in my space. It really helped a lot to see it in order to pick the pieces I wanted in my sectional. She spent a lot of time helping me make the final decision from the couch fabric/color, to the pillows and pieces to purchase. I would highly recommend having them come out so you can make the best decision and know that it will fit perfectly in your space.

  Excellent sales assistance. Price was good because it was on sale, but the young sales guy was super helpful. He had the right balance of providing me with information and options with giving me alone time to figure out what I needed.. He didn’t upsell me; I upsold myself. He provided me with options that I didn’t know existed but I definitely needed. For example, I went with a more firm seat cushion to provide better back stability and a higher base because I’m tall. I went with leather instead of cloth because it was more rich looking. It was a custom chair that was delivered 3 weeks earlier than promised. The delivery guys were great. They arrived right on time and looked so professional in their logo shirts. They were polite and offered to take their shoes off in my house. They took away all the packaging material and put my old chair in my car for me. The new chair fits perfectly in my house, it feels comfortable, rocks perfectly, and it reclines just how I need it too. Great experience.
