Even though it wasn't possible for my circumstances, I appreciated the transparency very much. I'm also appreciative of their compassion. I recently experienced a traumatic loss of my three fur babies & apartment at the same time, which is why I'm requiring the storage units. They have been very compassionate & understanding. The facility is vast but organized well. Quite creepy when you're there alone at night, but that's a little to be expected. They have a loading zone that you can back up to & carts for moving items to units as well as a spacious elevator. Units have a seal at the base of the door to prevent unwanted critters or water from entering. The facility is freakishly clean, so I doubt that would ever be an issue, but it's a thorough precaution they take which I appreciate. Picture of is one of my 10 ft x 10 ft units.
