    I really dislike shopping at this store because the aisles are not numbered. When I asked an employee where aisles 12 and 25 were, I was told they aren’t labeled because only employees should know where things are. That makes no sense—especially for third-party shoppers who end up wasting valuable time searching. Another employee even said, “I’m not going to shop for you,” when I wasn’t asking that—I simply wanted help finding items quickly. This was especially frustrating because I was doing a two-shop batch. I already had cold groceries for one customer in my vehicle, and because this store took so long, I went over my time limit. I only needed three items here and should have been in and out in five minutes, but instead I had to wander around aimlessly. Time is money, and if this store refuses to number aisles, I won’t be accepting orders from here anymore.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
