    I *love* this store. There is always a huge selection of items & the store is clean. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but there are 2 regular issues at the store. 1. There are always several items throughout the store that don’t have any price indication. It’s a huge store & I don’t want to have to walk an item all the way up to the front to ask for the price. 2. It’s on the customer to make sure listed & stickered discounts are actually applied instead of the check out clerks. It’s always good to check your receipt to confirm things, but it should not be so reliant on the customer to make sure discounts/sales are properly input/applied on their items. Some items individually have large red discount stickers, but these don’t always ring up properly so if the clerk doesn’t check for the sticker on the price tag then you have to mention it. I wouldn’t mention this issue if it happened occasionally, but it happens every time I check out here.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
