    I will update this review after I put together the patio furniture and use it for a while. We really like The Haven Collection rockers and table, so we essentially jumped through hoops to get it. I have no issue with the individual stores I dealt with (Georgetown/Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo) as the products, selection, and staff are good, however, the At Home system could use significant improvement. At Home stores and corporate do not work together to get the customer what they want. We had to order pieces from different stores and pick up some of it because delivery was not an option. The only stores in Michigan with all three pieces OF THE SET, were in Southeast Michigan. So options were to order from Roseville and drive there to pick it up (from west of Grand Rapids) or order some from Georgetown/GR and some from Kalamazoo. 160 miles round trip, 2 plus hours driving to/from to pick up one patio chair. No communication at all from At Home or their "delivery partner", Roadie. Text from At Home yesterday stated we would receive a text or email from Roadie about delivery. No text or email ever came. Products were delivered, unannounced, no paperwork or communication, just dropped and gone. I do not expect I will order from At Home again, but may visit a store and purchase to take home.

    The store has a great selection of merchandise, but the last several times I’ve shopped here there has only been one cashier with a long line of customers waiting. It’s frustrating that a manager or another associate couldn’t monitor the checkout area and open an additional register, especially since several registers are available. The lack of support at checkout is confusing and disappointing. Because of the long waits and limited service, I won’t be shopping here regularly anymore.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
