  Always a pleasure. I could spend hours walking the aisles of craft supplies, home decor & baking supplies. Love it!

  Add 5 more stars for this location!! I have shopped at Hobby Lobby for years in many different states & always had positive experiences. This was my first time to shop at the Gaylord, MI store and it was the BEST yet. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a smile & offer for help which is normal for Hobby Lobby stores I've been to, but customer service permeated the whole store. The framing department was contacted that a customer was on the way. ********** When I arrived Lily was ready to help me. We discussed my 4 projects & she happily & efficiently went to work. One of my pieces had been damaged in a move & she found the ideal frame that would hide the blemishes without losing any of the art. The next 2, I went with both her suggestions. The last piece needed an artistic eye & the careful consideration of multiple mat colors & a custom frame. Lily was that professional. It was truly rewarding to arrive at the finished product. It was obvious Lily loved what she was doing. When I told her she was exceptional, without hesitation she remarked, "I love my job". Over the years, I've used many fine galleries for framing. If I had a priceless piece of art, I would have Lily frame it for me. Thank you, Hobby Lobby! Sincerely, Nancy
