  PSI: Anyone looking to buy furniture from this place in Gaylord please take notice....I purchased a recliner last November for my husband. When I got it home it was leaning to one side. Called to tell them and they were sending a tech out. Several weeks passed with no tech, called again and strangely they weren't aware of the issue as a ticket was never opened. So, ticket now opened, tech coming again...took numerous weeks we are now in March. Tech agrees there is an issue. Arm was showing a crack in wood and needed parts. They were ordered and coming from overseas. Then months go by and finally part comes in and he comes back. Now he replaces and notices the mechanism was also needing repair so here we go again with ordering from overseas. Part "finally" arrives and he replaces, but still not correct. Chair isn't right. I just want my chair to be right. Same tech has been out 3 times. In their system it is listed as covered by warranty as it is a manufacturer issue. Tech says he will be back with more parts. So today, I stop in to check with a manager and after almost 30 minutes of her reviewing my file, she agrees I should be frustrated, but they fixed what the tech could and amazingly the tech marked it that he could do no more and the chair not being "right" is just 'Customer Perception". Isn't that interesting....?? Well I am beyond frustrated and so shocked at the horrible follow up and care for their customer being happy. I gave them over a year to make it right which is ridiculous I know. They didn't offer to do anything for me other than send the same tech out again. Long story, but I just want to make sure if you are purchasing anything along this line, do it elsewhere!! Or, Good Luck!

  Great experience at Gardner White in Gaylord. Salesman was professional, explained everything in detail from purchase to delivery. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had. Very pleased with my purchase and anxious to see the furniture in my home.

  I am revoking my negative review of gardener white, JUSTIN the manager went above and beyond my expectations of making the issue with my sectional purchase right by giving me a loner piece of sectional until my new one comes in stock! Thank you JUSTIN OF GAYLORD for making this more acceptable, I hope corporate will acknowledge this and give him the recognition he deserves!
