  Large selection of furniture, took advantage of the sale that promised king for queen price and other "freebies " to go with it. Got the free pillows but was given the free sheets. Woman acted like she didn't know what I was talking about.

  Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The sales associate did not pressure me to make a decision. He answered all my questions and helped me to make an informed decision. I would recommend this business.

  It was my first time at Gardner White. The inventory was large containing furniture in many current designs, materials & colors. We were introduced to the store by Paul. He was helpful & knowledgeable in all areas of the inventory. I walked out with beautiful furniture that will create a lovely comfortable space in my home. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Gardner White & will be pleased to recommend the store to others.

  Great experience very polite and professional without all the pressure of a salesperson. They allowed the customer to shop freely while still being available to handle any questions or concerns.

  My husband and I drove over an hour to try out a mattress that was supposedly carried. When we walked in the store, a sales associate asked my husband what he was shopping for. When my husband inquired about the brand and its availability, the associate snorted and told us the product was overpriced junk, and the previous store (Big Sandy's) allegedly had one for six years that was never unboxed. My husband looked at me and commented he didn't really want to spend money at a place where they told m us want we did and did not want. The associate stated he didn't mean to offend us but it was true. I heard him ask another sales associate whether they carried the mattress brand at least three times. I appreciate sales associates steering potential customers away from products that may not be of quality construction, but there are ways to do it ("We don't have that particular item, but have you considered XYZ?") . . . His approach was not good. We left and stopped at ABCWarehouse on a whim and had a fantastic experience top to bottom! I'm sure there were nice products in the store but with abrasive sales associates, they probably won't leave the store in a hurry.
