Unfortunately won’t be shopping at Lowe’s anymore my husband has had many issues. I myself had my first issue when I bought a power washer for my husbands birthday from Lowe’s to where the stores associate helped me get the power washer down off of the shelf and then proceeded to tell me he did not get paid enough to help me load it in my vehicle so as a woman I had to load a very heavy power washer into my vehicle and very much struggled to get it home for my husband no help was offered. I bought a Christmas tree a month ago and on Christmas when I was hosting the tree stopped working nothing I did would fix the tree so I drove an hour back to the store to try to exchange or return the tree to where they told me that there was nothing they could do because they don’t do returns or exchanges after the holiday on holiday items. So I had a Christmas tree for less a month that I wasted a ton of money on being a Balsam hill tree. Very disappointed. Already contacted the manufacturer and they said this had to be handled through Lowe’s because it was purchased there. I understand this has nothing to do with the store itself and more to do with Lowe’s policy in general but I am extremely unsatisfied and now out 600 dollars on a Christmas tree and truly think it should be disclosed at time of purchase that item can not be returned or exchanged… just be aware of what you are buying and return policy’s.

Went in to purchase the black and yellow totes. Was treated like a criminal at the check out. The employee running the self check out held on to my cart when I was scanning the 4 totes. After I was done she still didn't release the cart when I turned to ask her to leave me alone as I was completely uncomfortable with the situation she proceed to treat me like a child and touch the screen on the check out. And even had the audacity to say im just making sure you will pay for them. Ive never had an issue with this location before and ive been a loyal lowes customer since they Opened this location but this whole interaction upset me and I left the store angry and will be questioning if I return to this location or go to you competitor acrossed the street.
