John is lazy, with an attitude. Left without product and went to Home Depot across the road, better service and price.

Won't be shopping here again. Went to buy a fridge the delivery people wouldn't bring it in bc apparently it wouldn't fit they didn't even try bringing it in. It would have fit if they were to bring it in on a certain angle. We can't even get our money back until the warehouse gets the fridge back which I find is very stupid because they have their fridge it's just on the truck.

Headline: Hostile Management and Unprofessional Conduct - Store #0695 at Fort Gratiot, Mi
I am a frequent customer and contractor, but the leadership at this location is out of control. I am currently recovering from heart surgery, and the stress caused by the management team was completely unacceptable.
The incident started with Assistant Manager Andy following me down an aisle. Even though I was trying to shop and told him he was dismissed, he stayed within 5 feet of me, repeatedly questioning and provoking me, trying to bait me into an argument.
When I went to finish my purchase, Store Manager Brian Ebert escalated the situation further. He began screaming at me in front of other customers, falsely claiming, “I own this store,” and ordering me to leave. He then followed me toward the registers while talking on his phone.
As a surgery patient, being provoked and screamed at by store leadership is a major health and safety concern. Brian Ebert and Andy showed zero professional restraint. If you want a peaceful shopping experience where you aren't harassed by "power-tripping" management, go elsewhere.

I believe he was mad cause i turned down his offer to have lunch he organized for contractors.

Update:
Manager Admits to Fraudulent "Ownership" Claim After Harassing Heart Surgery Patient
After my initial experience being harassed at Store #0695, Store Manager Brian Ebert called my private phone. He opened with a dismissive, "How can I help you?"—a blatant attempt to gaslight me after his previous outburst.
I confronted him directly about his earlier claim that he "owned the store" when he was screaming at me to leave. Under the weight of the truth, he folded and admitted he is NOT the owner. He is a corporate employee who used a fraudulent persona to bully a customer in a fragile medical state (recovering from heart surgery).
I gave him a direct choice: If you want to abuse me and scream at a man who is recovering from surgery, then take off the corporate vest, sign a waiver, and let’s settle this outside like men. He immediately hung up the phone.
Brian Ebert is a liar who hides behind a corporate title to power-trip on customers. The moment he is held accountable for his lies and his aggression, he runs away. I am a contractor and a man of my word; Brian has proven he is neither. He is a fraud, a coward, and a massive liability to the Lowe's brand.
Lowe’s Corporate: Your leadership at the Fort Gratiot location is a disgrace. You have a manager admitting to lying to customers to facilitate harassment. Fix this

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
