- CPCathy PeelmanDec 20, 20252.0My husband and I are regular customers at this store and today while purchasing items we seen signs that stated 40% off on a certain brand and when we got to check out the cashier who waited on us very rudely told us that the items were not on sale. I spoke with another associate who POLITELY explained that because the items had a yellow sticker that they were in fact not included in the 40% off deal. My complaint is that the cashier was very short and rude to my husband and rather than politely explain to us as the other associate did, she just replied nope...we come here a lot I usually don't spend less than 100 each visit today was different though as I had intended on purchasing more items once we put our purchased items in the vehicle however her attitude changed my mind. I do not enjoy or usually post negative comments as I am also a business owner so I know how it can effect a business but today was definitely an experience worth posting about...very disappointed 😞
