  I’m giving 3 stars because the guys cleaning our pond worked hard. But the office personnel needs to get better with what’s going on. I was told by Diane that the guys said they would probably have my pond done in 5 hours, so I gave the go ahead. Later that day another lady called and said to me, “so you want me to pull them off the job after 10 hours correct” I said oh, no way, they said 5 hours per Diane. So the lady saids let me call you back after I talk to her. But she never did call back. Than I was told by a guy, oh no, pond cleaning takes all day. Than while they were cleaning my pond, two of their pumps broke and one of their shop vacs. So my husband got out his lawnmower and trailer so they could haul the debris away. So what was suppose to only take about 5 hours ended up being 8. And it still wasn’t done, so my husband said he would finish it, as it was becoming to costly. I was charged 1,567.00 but like I said I gave 3 stars for the guys..I was going to have them re-design my whole pond next spring, but now I’m afraid too..I see you left me a response below, but no since in my calling the office, wouldn’t solve anything, you got paid. And that’s that! But most of what was said below is incorrect, no one called me back, I have bladder cancer and don’t leave the house, and my husband said he never agreed to 10 hours, and neither did I. And I never said the pond was cleaned 15 to 20 years. We didn’t have the pond than, I said last time it was cleaned was 5 years ago. But like I said we paid you the 1,667.00 you billed me for. And WE finished the job. And me calling won’t change anything, so I am just going to smile and be happy..

  it is 50 degrees outside not to mention your dog could easily jump out and die. this was highly upsetting to see and i would never support a business that does this with their dogs. shame on you.

  The ownership and supporting team are second to none. They are efficient, cost effective, and trustworthy. They do what they say, and stand behind their work. The creativity and personal touch given to our project was amazing. The team in the field are on time, professional and so friendly. I would never consider using any other company!

  We built our koi pond 6 years ago. Diane is very friendly and so helpful with all my questions. My fish are doing great and getting so big!

  Very helpful and friendly knowledgeable staff I'd give 5 star's but a fantail marked 6.00 on the tank turned out to be 12.00 at the counter..........
