Dylan did a great job of communicating what he was doing and even brought my empty trash cans back to the house from the street. Above and beyond!

Unfortunately, the Aptive service notice I received that indicated scheduling for last week resulted in a no call, no show. The service occurred, with same day notice, a week later. This is unfortunate because I made sure to clear my day on the original date to ensure I was home for indoor treatment, of which I was not able to have on the day someone showed up. This has not been my experience with this company in the past. The visit was intended to be a routine maintenance service. Photos texted after service are helpful.

I called, went to the website and followed all prompts to postpone the service for a month. You are only churning this account to generate revenue. The last service was only one month ago. I am not paying and will decline the charge.

We always had issues with ants but now we have not seen it for years. People are very courteous and respect our property and always give good pictures of where they applied the chemicals.

When I hired the service, I was told it was going to cover the specific bug issue that I have. First time they came, they treated that. Last time, the guy said he checked with his manager and since I do not have the premium package it does not cover it. I am looking to cancel the contract because i was mislead by the guy that sold me the program.
