He promised mosquito repellent and there was no change in that as well. He told me I would only be charged in the warmer months and that's not true, even though I haven't seen a rep since October. I'm being charged $100 a month all year. he told me I could cancel after the season if I didn't like it and I was just charged $200 to cancel after being charged $100 for JANUARY today (12/29). the rep told me I could have saved $100 if I had called 2 days earlier. It took me 20 minutes of arguing to cancel, the rep just kept trying to give me the "friends and family discount". I don't want to pay $100 or $65 for bad service. Beware of the contracts and the service. NOT WORTH THE COST!

Their waiting time frame for the service is very big and not convenient, specially with kids and pets, having to leave the house for a period of time after the application. I’m trying to cancel the service after the mandatory 12 months and they are forcing me to hear all of the options over and over again. I already said no and they are putting me in 2 mins wait each time because “I sound frustrated”. Of course I am. I just want to cancel the service, I don’t know why make it a 30 mins phone call.
