  Reasonably priced and great costumer service. They come right out. 1 star rating is on the chemicals and process actually working to keep the ants out of my house. 1 or 2 I can deal with. Killing ants everyday 5-10 at least at a time. Haven't seen a change since their service started last spring

  Went ok. Tech was amazing and came up to me in my yard snd introduced their-self. Treatments ok but I went to move the canopy on my deck and a “million” little ants were running around…just rained so pics later!!

  The outside of the house got sprayed really well. The yard did not get sprayed because they did not have the necessary stuff in the van. This is an issue with the main office and not the person that came out to do the service. This is not the sister time this has happened and nobody has follows up with me regarding this issue.

  We met our technician Rymone today. He was super polite, and before coming I got messages from him. That was very good. As about his service actually, I didn’t watch his outside application, I just saw pictures that he sent to me , that’s why I can’t say about applying quality. But I hope it’s good. Just he finished his job very quickly. As about interior he applied chemicals only on the spots that I asked where I’ve found ants. Actually I thought that first time Aptive would provide entire house application for interior. Or maybe I misunderstood. So , we need to see the results. May be I will update my review. Anyway, I want to thank Rymone for his service!

  Last spring, Active came to our door. Set us up on " basic plan ", he said it was a 12 month plan. Had them coming out and baiting a trap outside, as well as spraying for bugs. This spring came around, then showed back up. He said it was a 24 month plan. So we called their manager. Then found out we're over paying almost 25$ per payment for the basic plan. He had no clue how his salesman set up our plan. As well as in order to cancel you have to pay the remaining. This is a scam, I feel like nothing has improved with critters. This company can't even make sure their salesman aren't stealing from them. I will never have any kind of pest control to my house. What a mess and waste of money.
