Don't go to this location Dee is one of the co managers and she is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to or treat people, the way she treats her customers and her coworkers is absolutely disgusting. And the actaul manager is no better. Told me there was nothing she could do. Hobby lobby is supposed to be a Christian based company and she lacks anything it means to be Christian. If you want a good experience at hobby lobby I suggest going to a different location.

I am writing this review out of genuine frustration and concern after witnessing repeated examples of unprofessional, dismissive, and downright hostile behavior from the management at Hobby Lobby. What should be an uplifting, creative, and customer-oriented environment has instead become an uncomfortable and demoralizing place for both employees and shoppers. The most glaring issue stems from the store’s management—particularly the store manager— DEE—whose behavior consistently undermines the company’s stated values of integrity, service, and respect. It is truly disheartening to see how employees are treated. Rather than fostering teamwork, encouragement, or appreciation, the manager seems to thrive on intimidation and micromanagement. Multiple staff members appear visibly anxious, walking on eggshells to avoid verbal reprimands for even the smallest mistakes. This culture of fear does not just hurt morale; it directly impacts the customer experience. Equally concerning is the way certain customers are treated. Instead of extending patience and professionalism, management often exhibits condescension and irritation, especially when a shopper has a simple question or concern. The lack of empathy and basic courtesy is astonishing for a company of Hobby Lobby’s size and reputation. It reflects poorly not only on the individual manager but also on the corporate culture that allows this sort of behavior to continue unchecked. What makes this even more disappointing is that Hobby Lobby markets itself as a faith-driven, family-oriented company—yet the environment inside this particular store could not feel further from those ideals. A company that prides itself on morality and community values should be leading by example, not tolerating leadership that belittles its staff and alienates its patrons. In my opinion, this location’s management needs urgent intervention from upper leadership or human resources. Employees deserve a workplace where they are respected and supported, not bullied into silence or fear. Customers, too, deserve to shop in a space that feels welcoming, not tense or uncomfortable. Until significant changes are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Hobby Lobby location to anyone. The store’s potential is undeniable—it could be a wonderful place to work and shop—but until the management learns to lead with professionalism, kindness, and accountability, it will continue to fall far short of even the most basic expectations for respectful service.

Love hobby lobby. Do not love Dee. She's rude and a bully! Menopause doesn't entitle you to be mean and hurtful. If I was that employee and she talked to me the way she was talking to that young lady. Ma'am you should be fired!!!

Always a great visit when stopping in with the family. Huge selection of crafts and seasonal merchandise at a great price. Another bonus is that there are always great sales. Highly recommend a visit.

Don't go there often, only when I need something special. So when I do, I am almost always lost in the vastness and huge amount of items. But everytime, an employee comes to my rescue and unerringly takes me to exactly where I need to be and then waits to answer questions, give advice and make sure I get what I need. A selection of specialty items and level of retail customer service that is very difficult to find elsewhere.
