I have contractors coming from Brighton and South Lyon who charge half of that. Daily Rain did not reprogram the controller since the Battery was new and functioning. Management obviously did not talk to the technician that came out and had a knee-jerk reaction to a critical review. Technician saw that the outlet was dead and moved the plug to the next outlet about 10 inches away. Tech was there less than ten minutes. $160 is ridiculous to charge a senior citizen who is living off social security. Daily rain is more interested in making money than customer satisfaction. This is a sad turn of events of their billing. Daily Rain was my exclusive service. They had always gone out of their way to accommodate issues.
