I called back cause I thought getting hung up on was crazy and I spoke to the same guy I originally spoke to the first time and he said he thought when I asked, I meant over the phone like maybe I was gonna put my house key on my phone and then maybe a new key would appear. He went on to say yes, the kiosks can do that for me which I already knew cause despite two people telling me it couldn’t be done, I figured both just were either not too bright or wanting to up charge me.
