- TOTawni OldsJan 12, 20261.0I called in multiple times asking if the kiosk I was going to could copy a house key for me they guy I spoke to told me only car keys but the could schedule someone to come out to me and change my locks (probably costing more than the $10 kiosk) I called back and a girl put me on hold multiple times and then hung up on me while I was trying to talk to her. I called back cause I thought getting hung up on was crazy and I spoke to the same guy I originally spoke to the first time and he said he thought when I asked, I meant over the phone like maybe I was gonna put my house key on my phone and then maybe a new key would appear. He went on to say yes, the kiosks can do that for me which I already knew cause despite two people telling me it couldn’t be done, I figured both just were either not too bright or wanting to up charge me. The machine itself, worked perfectly. The people? Invest in AI.
