I have more faith in the stability of a large China dinner plate balancing on top of a pixie stick than my electricity. Two weeks into the new year and the same old crappy DTE. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and the worst part is that you are not. Absolute highway robbery, and an occasional $5 credit is a spit in the face of every single consumer who is subjected to your atrocious wiring. Utter bs.

To close everything Friday evening at 5pm is very inconvenient for those who have business matters for later in the day or aren’t able to handle their business till the weekend! Then the workers are so ready to leave at the end of the day that they do not answer the phones even if a customer is calling before 5pm. This is people’s wellbeing not taken into consideration. Heat and lights are a necessity especially when a household has children ! This is absolutely unacceptable. DTE y'all need to better !

Instead of pouring tens of millions into ads to make themselves look better they should invest that money into their infrastructure. One gust of wind and your power will be out in metro Detroit. - GSGrace SmileyDec 2, 20251.0CAUTION THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!!! Long story try to keep short. I pay my bill every month, on October I paid double. In November noticed I didn't get a credit for last month. I filed for bankruptcy before this all happen. Their first excuse was that they took the money because I didn't get a bill from August to September. When I informed them of my bank statements that I paid for both months, now their excuse is that they didn't charge me from September to October because of the bankruptcy. #1 if you didn't charge me then why can you do it now? #2 why wasn't this so call charged reflected on my October bill or my November one. I know of another total different story from someone else that says that they are taking their money or overcharging them. Keep up with them they are doing some shady things.
