- MAMichael AlmMar 23, 20261.0I had three keys made at the Key Me kiosk in Menards. None of the new keys worked and when I went back to the service desk to ask for a refund, they gave me an 800 number and said that they don’t have anything to do with the kiosk and that I have to call the Key Me company. If Menards is going to have a machine in their stores, they need to have a way to take care of the customer when it fails to provide the proper results. Very disappointing.
