Cameron did a great job! He was earlier than he thought he would be, & sprayed in his regular areas, & in all the areas I asked him to spray. He was very congenial & quick with his work.

I waited a full day for tech to arrive. I think windows of morning OR afternoon would be appreciated. The tech did not let me know his arrival or completion. I calculated it was maybe 10 minutes of taking pictures of exterior house. With lots of snow it would be hard to say if a good job done.

Treatment was totally ineffective. Didn't prevent yellow jackets from moving in to my kitchen wall, couldn't help me get rid of them. Had to pay another service $300 to come out. What a joke.
Told I was getting a one year contract but it was for two so I had to pay $200 to cancel. Really did not enjoy that my credit card was saved in the customer portal and I had no way to edit or remove it despite the website stating I should be able to.
When you call to cancel, be firm or they will spend up your precious time trying to guilt their terrible service back onto your unwillingness to spend your time complaining to them about it. Ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend except maybe as a joke if you wanted to gaslight someone that they were having their pests controlled.

I really don’t appreciate when you cannot provide a time for your visit. I waited around all day yesterday for you to arrive and then left at 5pm. At 5:11 I receive a message that you will arrive soon. I tell you I am not there and you come anyway and spray the outside for bugs. Seriously? It is the middle of winter, there are no bugs outside. I am not going to continue for this kind of service!
