- JNJohn Nimtz2 days ago5.0The guys used powder due to drizzle. A good choice. They were able to deweb the garage and did an okay job. I would have appreciated a question on this form asking if I would recommend Aptive to others. My answer would be - no. The reason - with a lengthy contract required, it is too expensive. I would prefer a very short, introductory contract of 1-3 treatments in order to assess whether a longer contract would be a good value for me. I appreciated the technicians who came to perform treatments. They were professional, personable, and performed their task to my expectation. I just don’t like the long contract. Thank you for including this section so that I could write this comment.

I’ve had treatments scheduled for Saturday, repeatedly. Why is it so difficult to get this information through correctly. I want someone to contact me immediately to schedule a Saturday application. If this doesn’t happen, I will cancel my contract without hesitation and take your company to court for breach of contract.
