    Tony W is the associate who helped us. We came here to buy just a ladder but after going through the loyalty program and discounts we arr able to purchase washer and dryer and he is very knowledgeable and showes us the products with warmth and I really liked his attention to details and also gave us a very nice welcome. We arr really happy about the purchase and the delivery is scheduled too. He went through the insurance, delivery options and payment plans very thoroughly. I really loved our visit.

    I recently visited Lowe’s to purchase some items, and I was pleasantly surprised by the assistance provided by two of the employees. If you ever find yourself at Lowe’s, I highly recommend seeking out James Ison and David Sirls. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience much more enjoyable.

    Horrible experience bought an LG stackable washer and dryer. Their warranty Plan is horrible. Dryer has broken twice for the same reason they refuse to replace the actual unit. They keep sending Repair people out that don’t know what they’re doing. Clown Show do not recommend.

    I bought a replacement toilet & was told I'd be contacted to set up an installation date & time. Instead, I got an email that a date & time had been selected without any input from me, (I couldn't live at home without a toilet.) for 6 weeks later. I couldn't wait that long & told the help desk that. I also complained about not being contacted to set installation up. Next email said the same date/time. Had to call again. The next date set was 1/19, but another problem meant the plumber had to come again & fix an issue before installation. On 1/23 an evening email said a return date was 1/27 from 9-11:30 am. Then, a new email said it would be 3-6pm. This wasn’t acceptable. I tried to call the 24/7 live chat,but the site wasn't available. I called Lowe's/Angie scheduling, but they gave me the wrong cell number for the installer. I was told the installer had changed the time. I got the correct # the next morning (24/7 site still unavailable). William S (installer) said he'd changed nothing & was still coming that morning (1/27). Unfortunately, he failed to show up. I texted him & at 11:29 am, he said he'd "call shortly". Texted him again at 1:05 and almost 2:30pm. I called & he said he'd been scheduled to Ypsilanti. He didn’t remember promising to do my job first and never returned contact to explain what had happened. He arrived at 4:30. He did an excellent job of repair/installation. He was pleasant & cleaned up after the job.The in store staff were very helpful. I am not happy with how Lowe's/ Angie scheduling handled the matter.
