Lowes in general sucks. They're never open. Most locations will randomly open late or close hours early. Very weird and inconsistent. As a company, they don't back their products. The only pro is that they allow dogs.
Go HD or Menards instead.

Lost a customers today when they refused to take back a product without a receipt.
I got tired of having a left over product laying around from some project I did.
Went to take it back to Lowes as they are the only store that carries it.
Customer Service guy working the return desk informed me there is no in store credit option without a receipt. I offered my DL as ID and he said I can’t return it. I suggested he throw it out then and he couldn’t do that either. So I put it in the can. I wasted $13 on some black top crack filler but they wasted my business and more importantly I kept my peace.

STOP buying from LOWES, thieves and liars!
I bought a shower door online with delivery at the store.
They gave me only 1 big box in July stating that everything is in there. 4 months later when I was ready to install it, I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that the shower doon is missing all the hardware (2 additional boxes)
I called the store and talked to Melisa (she was nice but being a Saturday she couldn't talk to the manufacturer and help me) but after that I had to talk to Jim and John and they were NOT willing to solve the issue. The GM was not reachable according to Jim and John. I also talked to corporate and for a $750 door, they were offering me 200 to go away (insulting).
It seems that the store should contact me in the next 72hrs with an answer to the issue. Pending their answer, if I do not get what I paid for, small claim court is my next stop. I will also update this review!
I have proof that all the boxes were delivered at Lowes so either they steal or they are truly careless in knowing what they sell!
For this shower door it is a common issue according to all reviewers.
UPDATE: I contacted the customer service number and the same ignorance - it seems the response is fake without any support form their team - They keep emphasizing that their law is 90 days, disregarding that the state LAW says you have up to 1 year to sue somebody in small claim court to make it right- the fact is that they lied to me when I picked up only 1 box out of the 3 stating that that box is everything I ordered.
