Warning: Be extremely careful with Home Depot's installation services. They use deceptive tactics to avoid accountability.
First, they hide an 'Estimated Install Date' in the fine print of the invoice—in my case, giving them an outrageous 3-month window (until May 11, 2026). They use this date to justify any delay and refuse to provide a firm schedule.
Second, their customer service is dishonest. They repeatedly claimed they had called me to schedule the installation, but they never did. Even when I provided direct proof—screenshots of my call logs showing zero missed calls—they continued to lie and refused to admit their mistake or apologize.
I only managed to get my countertop installed on March 30th because I pressured them constantly. Without my daily persistence, they would have happily left me without a kitchen until May. Their 'service' is based on excuses and misinformation. Avoid their installation department if you value your time and honesty.

Ethan is amazing! I was trying to figure out how to build a patio deck and had no clue where to start. He helped me pick out the right wood I needed, and even gave me tips on how to make it last longer in the Michigan weather. I had an excellent experience with my refrigerator delivery! The delivery team was absolutely awesome—professional, courteous, and right on time. They handled everything with great care, made sure the refrigerator was placed exactly where I wanted it, and were very respectful of my home.
