This review is for Lovesac company in general, not for this specific store. The workers here were actually helpful in guiding us to the right contacts and were empathetic of our situation - huge shoutout to them. I bought a SuperSac in August 2025, and Feb 2026 a pipe burst in my home, flooding my entire condo with 6'' of water and destroying everything. Apparently, the warranty does not cover water damage, one of the few things that could actually destroy your furniture - It only covers manufacturer damage. Not only will they do nothing to alleviate this financial impact (LoveSac is extremely pricey), but they also won't even allow me to PURCHASE enough foam for the inside of my Lovesac. You can call and talk to customer service, but there's no way to actually talk to someone in the warranty department, the people making these warranty decisions. I am forced to buy an entirely new sac. How do you sell $2,000 "bean" bags but can't sell the material inside of it for situations like this? Poor customer service/warranty follow-up after a huge purchase for consumers and I'll never purchase anything from them ever again.

Came in Earlier today, After my friends have been raving about them for so long! And The product is super super cool, And Thanks to I believe Julian for helping me fully understand everything about the product, Super super helpful and once me and my wife are ready we will definitely be back!

Just ordered my Lovesac Sactional with 2 reclining seats. Can’t wait to get my couch! Working with the guys at Lovesac in Partridge Creek Mall was great! They helped me through the process & even rearranged the store model to accommodate my design to see if I’d like it. Took home lots of fabric samples to see what worked in my room & it made a huge difference. Like paint, certain fabrics look different in the space. Thanks guys for making this big purchase pleasurable!
